    The Senior Application Developer - Break Fix Team Lead is responsible workin with sustainment application developers supporting a portfolio of web applications for the TSA. Will be responsible for managing break fix tasks and will coordinate with other team leads and the project manager on application support tasks.


    Job Specific Details and Tasks:

    • Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices
    • Lead and support tasks on engagements related but not limited to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations and Software Application Development & Maintenance
    • Create and/or support project deliverables
    • Perform analysis and diagnose client issues while demonstrating an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope
    • Experience with the following tools and technologies is preferred: KRONOS, COGNOS, EBS (Oracle eBusiness Suite), Oracle Case Management (OCM), AJAX, C#, HTML, J2EE, Struts, Java, JQuery,  .NET, ASP .NET, MS Message Queuing, MicroStrategy SDK, MS InfoPath, NHibernate, PL/SQL, Python, Telerik, TopLink, and other platforms and application development tools and languages as required


    Minimum Qualifications:

    Education: Bachelor of Science


    • 7 - 10 Years of experience supporting ASP.NET, C#.NET, Oracle RDBMS applications
    • 2+ years of experience leading application support teams


    Minimum/General Experience:

    Experience developing and supporting applications using ASP.NET and other Microsoft.NET framework technologies. Experience supporting operations management tasks supporting Tier III help desk teams. Experience working with BMC Remedy ticketing system is preferred.


    Essential Work Elements

    • BA or BS degree
    • US Citizen
    • Must be able to obtain a DHS/TSA Suitability Determination
    • Prior DHS or TSA experience preferred
