    Normal duty hours are Monday – Friday any consecutive 9 hour shift between 0730 AM and 1630 PM, (including a 1 hour lunch break)

    No Holidays/No Weekends

    Job Specific Details and Tasks:
    • Provide cost-analysis-based program management support in the areas of Information Management/Information Technology, Defense acquisition, Science & Technology, R&D Investment Strategy to help government managers achieve maximum effectiveness and/or economy in acquisition processes.
    • Provide cost estimates and budget for Air Force Medical Service acquisition programs
    • Assess cost and budget impacts of program alternatives as well as drafting and presenting applicable program documentation and briefings
    • Provide analytical support for reporting requirements, financial analysis and budget, program controls, requirements development, and planning implementation for AFMS programs
    • Respond to queries, taskers, support meetings, prepare reports, justifications and background papers
    • Provide analysis in terms of interpreting Air Force and Military Health Systems policies and initiatives and their effects on the AFMS and the Air Force


    Minimum Qualifications:
    Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Business or Math 
    Experience: 4 years of functional experience with, Analytical and problem solving skills with an in-depth knowledge of cost estimating , Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) analysis, Business Case Analysis (BCA), Life Cycle (LCC) Analysis, Costs as an Independent Variable (CAIV) analysis, Cost analysis requirement description analysis, Affordability and supportability analysis, Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), Alternative of Solutions (AoS), Return on Investment ROI) analysis and the acquisition process 
    Security: Must be able to pass a Govt background check; active clearance highly preferred
