    Normal work hours are Monday - Friday, 7am to 4pm, with a one hour lunch
    Work hours may vary dependent upon tasks and need, but will not exceed 40 hours per week
    Job Specific Details and Tasks:


    • Work with leadership to define organizational responsibilities and relationships
    • Design Base Operational Medical Clinic (BOMC) innovation goals, metrics, and study plans.
    • Coordinate and update test/study plans.
    • Create a realistic BOMC schedule.
    • Verify required test resources and coordinate resource availability, to include necessary facilities and personnel.
    • Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all procedures for product development/test as per the approved plans/processes.
    • Organize status meetings and send reports
    • Ability to critically think, problem solve, and effectively communicate through both writing and speech.
    • Knowledge of and demonstrated ability in project management to include: project definition, scheduling, budgeting, risk assessing, project control, progress reporting, and project evaluation.
    • Knowledge of Government regulations, manuals, technical orders, standards and industry publications related to the discipline required to perform the work on the Task Order
    • Ability to set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of projects, organize and manage the technical facets of multi-disciplined project tasks, prepare reports for the Government regarding status of projects


    Minimum Qualifications:
    Education:  Bachelor's Degree in healthcare management, program management, business management, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
    Certification:  Certified in Project or Program Management, or equivalent
    Experience: Minimum 3-5 years experience in project planning, implementation and management, supervision of project staff, and collaboration with organizational partners
    Security:  Must be a US Citizen and must be able to pass a government background check
    Preference given to degree in Human Systems Integration (HSI), certification in HSI, or participation in HSI certificate program.
