Assist AFMOA in the support of Trusted Care sustainment activities as follows.
Track findings from MTF/AES progress updates, isolate trends, recommend process improvements and identify leading practices to the field in the area of quality and evidence based practice.
Assist in developing Trusted Care requirements into Air Force Policy and Procedures.
Assist MAJCOM leadership to ensure needs of the MTFs/AES are being identified and met.
Assist in the development of Standards and Evaluation criteria for Trusted Care.
Prepare, develop, and present a wide variety of documents including letters, staff summary sheets, transmittals, bullet papers, spreadsheets, presentations as needed.
Perform on-site sustainment visits to assess and coach MTF/AES staff members on Trusted Care activities.
Attend/lead Trusted Care meetings, webinars and coaching calls. Respond to Trusted Care questions using approved AFMS communication channels.
Help identify gaps and recommend solutions for building and sustaining culture of Trusted Care.
Monitor and assist with development of Trusted Care metrics.
Assist in the development of Leader Standard work.
Monitor the utilization/success of Trusted Care mobile app (Android and Apple).
Assist with the management of the Trusted Care Training Program.
Lead as an Instructor for Trusted Care training events.
Provide a brief training report/summary that should include the training topic, date, duration of the training, number of attendees, and a brief synopsis of any lessons learned, risks or leading practices. The Contractor shall provide the Training Report IAW CDRL A005
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
License (current) to practice nursing in any one of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and territory of the United States to include Puerto Rico, Guam, and the United States Virgin Islands.
Five (5) years of inpatient/outpatient clinical care experience.
One (1) year of instructor experience and willing to be certified to teach Safety Behavior/Error Prevention, Leader Methods and Safety Coach Trainer courses.
One (1) year experience running continuous process improvement projects.
