Education: Completion of an LVN/LPN program
License/Certification and Training: Active, unrestricted LVN/LPN license from any state; Certified Hyperbaric Technician (CHT) certification from NBDHMT required either prior to start or within 6 months of hire - maintenance of CHT required after initial certification; BLS (cost of these items are 100% reimbursable to the employee)
Experience: Minimum 2 years nursing experience; hyperbaric medicine or wound care experience preferred, but not mandatory.
Physical: Must undergo a physical meeting USAF dive standards, followed by a hyperbaric chamber pressure test
Security: Must be a US Citizen and must be able to pass a government background check
