    Responsibilities

    Schedule:
    Monday-Friday, 8 hours between 7am and 5pm
    No Weekends or Holidays
     
    Specific Tasks:

    Provide Support to USAMMA PPA&E. Provide Reset/Force Integration Support Services in support of the Army Campaign Plan (ACP) and Army Force Generation (ARFORGEN) Model/Sustainment Readiness Model (SRM). Reset is a set of actions to restore equipment to a level of combat capability commensurate with a unit’s future mission.

     

    • Shall coordinate Army Unit Reset actions from initial planning and forecasting, to managing USAMMA Reset reporting requirements with Department of Army (DA) G-4/8, Medical Command/Office of The Surgeon General (MEDCOM/OTSG), Army Sustainment Command, Army Materiel Command, Forces Command  (FORSCOM) and any other force provider world-wide. 
    • Shall conduct unit and stakeholder Reset briefings and or on-site assessments, tracking production, maintenance and fielding status of Reset actions, Reset (ARFORGEN)/(SRM) conference attendance, training, updating program policies to ensure full Reset program success and compliance with Army Sustainment Command Reset policies and use of the Army Reset Management Tool (ARMT) to provide materiel disposition to customers and analysis of program outcomes. 
    • Execute all analytical requirements  efficiently and in compliance with all regulatory guidance. The contractor shall provide technical expertise in the areas of materiel fielding, medical maintenance planning and have a thorough understanding of the Army medical supply chain.
    • Shall provide assistance to develop and make recommendations on agency reset project plans and identify key milestones and deliverables to ensure full success.
    • Shall assist in the discussions to resolve problems and develop solutions related to Reset mission development and execution in coordination with applicable stakeholders.
    • Shall use, at a minimum, Microsoft Office, Army Reset Management Tool (ARMT), Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW), Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) and Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A) to  pull data that supports required PPAE FI/Reset analytical requirements.
    • Shall establish and maintain Program Manager privileges in Army Equipping Enterprise System (AE2S). Contractor shall collect USAMMA’s forecasted LIN distribution and segregate data into monthly and unit quantities. 
    • Shall establish and maintain Lead Materiel Integrator- Decision Support Tool (LMI-DST) USAMMA Vetter privileges in Decision Support Tool (DST). 
    • Shall establish and maintain privileges in Theater Provided Equipment (TPE) Planner.

     

     

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:
    Minimum Associates Degree or equivalent experience
    5 years relevant experience
