    Job Specific Details and Tasks:

    The Medical Maintenance Analyst/LNO shall administer Active Army (AA) or Army National Guard (ARNG) medical maintenance liaison support/services between Army Corps level units and national level support organizations.  Selected incumbent will furnish procedural guidance and recommendations to national-level maintenance organizations applicable to Medical Device (MD) safety testing, repair, and maintenance within the Operational Force (OF).  Key position responsibilities center on evaluating MD compliance against governing regulatory requirements and associated quality control standards.  This position will additionally establish efficient communications flow for medical maintenance support requirements to include communicating and coordinating Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) needs with support units and associated agencies.   In facilitation of medical maintenance requirements and technical guidance, the contract analyst/LNO will coordinate with supported units and agencies up to and including the national level (i.e., local and regional medical logistics support units, other USAMMA Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC) LNO’s, supported stakeholders, the USAMMA National Maintenance Program (NMP), various support agencies, and associated depots).  The Medical Maintenance Analyst/LNO will establish and assist in the crafting of requirements estimates and resource allocation recommendations for supported units.  This will be accomplished through utilization of equipment density reports, maintenance service schedules, equipment disposition instructions, medical set assembly management, and Class VIII materiel and repair parts requisition reconciliations.  In conjunction current and emerging medical maintenance readiness and reporting requirements, the incumbent will develop all supporting maintenance reports, utilizing standard SAP reporting formats.  This position will additionally assist USAMMA Regional Managers coordinate onsite infrastructure, materiel handling support, and unit synchronization complementing fielding mission maintenance and onsite depot-level training.

     

    In conjunction with the Senior Medical Maintenance Manager, the Medical Maintenance Analyst/LNO shall assist in adjudicating Army/ARNG Medical Maintenance Operations (MMO) support and repair parts requests (e.g., Medical Materiel Center (MMC) requests) including requirements exceeding MMO capability.  Support shall minimally involve provision of unit-level capabilities and resources (TMDE, training, etc.), maintenance request validation, and assuring overall integrity of MD services/data.  The analyst/LNO may furnish maintenance support to Forward Repair Activity-Medical (FRA-M), Medical Logistics (MEDLOG) Company, and Combat Repair Team (CRT) assets; and, may additionally be called upon to administer Authorized Stockage List (ASL) resources in support of MMO (and subordinate unit) maintenance.

     

     

     

     

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelors Degree in related field preferred, but not mandatory
    • Desired 12-15 years relevant experience in medical maintenance desired; US Army experience preferable
    • CBET preferred
    • Must be a U.S. Citizen and must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance; an active clearance at the time of application highly desired
