Qualifications

Each labor category on this IDIQ contract may require any of three experience/expertise levels = basic, intermediate, and advanced.

 

Basic = Associates Degree.  Experience with large event planning, special event planning support and execution, to include but not limited to technical conferences, strategic off-site events, executive meetings, technology demonstrations and showcase events. Demonstrated experience managing day-to-day planning and execution for all assigned projects, including planning schedules, logistics, agenda preparation and event production. Experience in an R&D environment is highly preferred.

 

Intermediate = minimum Bachelor's Degree and significant demonstrated mid-to-executive level technical experience with the management of technical projects or equivalent relevant occupational experience of 3 years or greater.

 

Advanced = minimum Master's Degree and at least 7 years of relevant executive-level technical experience.
