Pay Range: $45,000 - $60,000.  The salary range for this position is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, qualifications, skill level, and location. The final salary offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s background and the specific demands of the role.

Responsibilities

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9 hours including lunch

Flexibility to meet mission requirements required

Frequent travel required

 

Job Specific Position Duties: The duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing administrative support for all fielding activities and missions.
  • Preparing and managing correspondence IAW Army regulation.
  • Performing writing tasks including memos, information papers, and reports.
  • Answering all incoming telephone calls, ordering supplies.
  • Overseeing scheduling activities and making travel arrangements for the teams.
  • Maintaining office vendor accounts, invoices, maintenance schedules, and more.   

Other dutiues as needed and/or assigned.

 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

* Education: HS Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred

* Experience:  Desired 2+ years relevant experience; DoD experience preferred; must be capable of using Microsoft Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as Microsoft Outlook in order to effectively communicate via email with other staff

* Security: Must possess ability to obtain and maintain a Government security clearance; active Secret clearance highly desired
